I’ve been having this issue with Forza Horizon 3 as well lately. I am unable to get past the first main menu because the game does not seem to sync. It just says “Syncing Data, we should be done soon” followed by 0%. I do not know why, I have tried every possible fix fathomable but absolutely nothing works. Reinstalled, did that offline workaround, restarted, launched from Xbox app and from the Windows store. I really don’t understand what in the world is going on, nor do I know how to resolve this issue, and it’s getting very frustrating as I really enjoy the FH games.
