One of the few GT1 racers not featured in Forza, the Esperante GTR-1 didn’t have the pedigree of a well-known manufacturer. What it did have was a front mid-engined layout, a unique prospect in GT1 racing, and a 600 hp Roush V8. The car actually had reasonable success, winning a few races at home in the US. Recently, Panoz has started to offer replicas of the original car, providing a unique opportunity to buy a new GT1 racing car.

What an amazing classic from america. This along side the toyota GT One would perfectly complete the gt1 monsters in fh5

Gosh, I hope they get the Panoz license again. Along with Callaway, this is other manufacturer that made some fascinating cars using modern muscle car engines.
I’ll always remember it as the fastest car in Midtown Madness 1

If they decide to put this baby into the game, or in FH6, they should make the racing version a bodykit option.
