It would be nice to change and paint front and rear wheels separately, some cars already come from the auto show with said paint and differing rims front to back. Allowing the player to do such would lead to more creative livery designs.

Check through the Suggestions Hub, I thought I saw something similar to this. If not, maybe post a similar post there and see if people vote on it? It’s a good idea, there are a few drift-type designs I’ve made that would look cooler if we had this option
