Apologies if this is covered elsewhere since I would have expected to find something on this already, but I searched and couldn’t find anything.
I race regularly with a bunch of friends in a private lobby, and my ‘thing’ is that I paint all the cars I purchase with metallic gold paint so that I am easily identifiable in our races. A few weeks ago when I was driving my Audi S4 several of the players commented on my ‘blue car.’ I didn’t know what the heck they were talking about since my car was metallic gold as always and looked that way on my screen. Sure enough, after trading screen shots, we discovered that to all the players except me the car was solid blue. Further investigation revealed that this was happening on some, but not all, of my metallic gold cars (not just the S4, but with other Audis, a Plymouth Hemi, and some others). Is this a bug? If not how can I get the other players to see the correct paint color?
I should point out that this was not during an update or anything like that where the game might not have been fully ‘ready’. I’ve confirmed this behavior during each of our last 4 weekly playing sessions so it doesn’t appear to be due to some transient issue.
