Organized cars in specific classes, how?

Ok,

First post and I’m sorry if it’s been discussed before but I couldn’t honestly figure out a way to word it right to search what I was looking for. So, here it goes…

Here’s the scenario, I’m selecting a car for a league race. The restriction is B class, max performance of 600. So I choose to sort cars by class, then apply filter. I then select the B class tab and of course all the cars that I have at 600 are at the top. I have several. Now, my question is, how are those 600 level cars organized? It’s not alphabetical, nor do I think it’s power related. So how then? Is it just that the game perceives certain 600 level cars better than others? I dunno, any help would be nice. This has had me stumped for a while now.

Again, thanks if this has been discussed before and taking the time to read and/or respond.

PI order.

How does it determine what the PI is if say five or six cars at the top of the list all have the same PI of 600?

There is a few decimal places you cannot see when it comes to PI

its still does, its like the ones at the top need less pi to go up 1 pi. Just because it says 600 doesn’t mean you cannot upgrade.

I look for cars are the bottom of 600 and can take off 20 pounds and still be in the same class/pi , its just higher up the list.

Think of it as the ones at the lower end is more likely to take off weight or upgrade without gaining a PI and thus a class.

Gotcha, that makes sense to me. Appreciate it. Gonna go find some lighter wheels now

best (for a smaller increase) ones are brakes, driveline, clutch, hood and flywheel
