I would like to post a complaint about the online multiplayer - I’ve seen people complaining about corner cutters and drivers not driving “clean”. I would like to complain about that too, only problem is, I can’t even get into online multiplayer. My kids play Minecraft, and Black-Ops III all day, I don’t think it’s a problem with our wi-fi or console, so why can’t I get online - the only thing worse than being a Forza sucker is being an all in, high dollar, VIP Forza sucker! The campaign has really gotten stale, and now that’s all I got. This is my first foray back into driving since GT 3 A-spec on PS2, I don’t just want to knock Forza - the graphics are WAY better than GT 3! ‘til I stop tryin’, I’ll be here watchin’ the spinnin’ wheel if you need me - wish me luck!
It’s an issue pretty much everyone is dealing with. Ever since the November update, people have had issues with getting into online racing. Once your in, you could only go a couple of races before it kicks you out again.
There is a December update coming out soon, however, that hopefully resolves this issue.
No december update came out first tuesday of december and didnt do anything for turn ten screwing up the multiplayer in nov update.They havent even recognized it anywhere that I have read… Hopefully next tuesdays,jan update fixes it but again Im not hopeful at all.
I am new to Xbox and also Forza having purchased both for Christmas. I couldn’t get into the online multiplayer and it ended up being a setting in my Apple Time Capsule router that needed to be changed that occurs on Xbox but not my PS4. Since changing that I have had no problems.
Give it time you will get disconnected from it…Happens to everyone.I have no dought your router was an issue for you getting online but this is a separate issue happening to everyone in the lobby.

i watched an old live stream yesterday With mechberg. the same thing were explained there. i think PJ were in it aswell 
I also think it has something to do With Xbox live and not FM6.
A friend of mine Works With Xbox live in norway. he tells me it’s not just FM6 With this issue. he couldnt tell me wich other games, but it makes sence that it’s an issue With Xbox live.
Wich makes sence With the lack of info from T10. cause they don’t know anythin either. only the Source that causes the issue is the last thing i heard. nothing more.
Havn,t been able to get on for 2 days, had problems being disconnected regularly for 2 months now. Constant wreckers in lobbies make multiplayer more annoying than fun. Career mode very repetitive ,same tracks over and over, most cars in the game can,t even be used in career.Pretty close to giving up with this. Sad, I used to love Forza
I think the ‘disconnected from lobby’ at the start of the race is because some people in the lobby are still choosing their car/tune when the counter hits zero and the game starts to load the next track.
If you can’t get in at all then try a hard reset of your xbox one. I have found that to work every time. That is unless there is a connection issue which should be noted when you test your multiplayer connection.
A hard reset entails pressing and holding the on/off switch until the noise from the console stops. Check the power pack and the light sould have now turned from bright white to dull orange. Take the lead out of the back of the console and the dull orange light should disappear shortly afterwards - all power is now drained. Switch off at the wall for 30secs. and then reconnect everything and power up. When you go into FM6 wait for it to sync. this can take a few seconds or many hours. Try multiplayer again.
When you next finish playing FM6 exit the game right back to the start screen before switching off your console.
Hope this works. Oh and by the way if you do get connected to multiplayer expect many disconnections and the game crashing back to dashboard
The game will disconnect a lot in the hoppers. I get about 4 races out of one lobby before it disconnects me, usually at the start of the race but I’ve never been disconnected in a private match. I’m not sure what’s wrong but I hope the January update will fix it or at least they might address the issue.
