Good afternoon, everyone. Have an excellent Sunday.
From Argentina, I’m sharing a design, and this is my first time participating in a forum competition.
Today, I woke up with the idea of trying something new in my paintings, stepping out of my usual style.
Yesterday, my daughter and I watched the movie “Coco,” and taking advantage of the occasion and considering the upcoming celebration, I created what I’m sharing here. I hope you find it enjoyable, and I made it with the utmost respect that the celebration deserves.

Sidenote: Be honest the Subaru livery is a take on the pixelated liveries in the new FM.

It’s not a take on FM8 however. NWR_Earni sent me a screenshot of one of my liveries being pixelated. That gave me the idea of doing a pixel art of famous liveries. Pixel art is a style which I used to like to experiment with 20 years ago. Then mostly characters and animation. One of the things you can do as a designer is to use quirks or limitations and just exaggerate that to make it the strength of a design. If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

Welcome my friend, amazing livery. I am from Brasil and here we also celebrate “Dia de Los Muertos” but we call “Dia de Finados” and there is a brasilian TV Show called “Pé na Cova” witch has a very similar design off your car in the openning.
