NOTE: Wasn’t sure if I should post this in the painting section or here in the general topics because it applies to everyone (and hardly anyone frequently visits the painting subforum to begin with).
Some member got banned a few weeks back for having Charlie Brown smoking a cigarette on one or more of his designs. He did try to turn over the blame by pointing out one of the NPC fans has a hat with some sort of leaf on it that may or may not be a leaf from a plant that produces a controlled/illegal substance. Figured I’d just leave these here and let the community judge.
Understandable that it’s rated E but some of these people are getting reported and banned for the most absurd reasons. Might I also point out these featured auctions:

Img 1 A shop with a list of productd including tobaco but no brand Legal
Img 2 a shop sign using a flower as an O big deal
Img 3 and 4 2 twins wearing matching hats with moons and oak leaves on them not an issue.
Img 5 and 6 a car that has just driven through Wet Bull dust or come from the Redlands via a Wet dirt track. Yes that is correct Here in Australia we do have bright red dirt.
Why they coped a ban no one but the one imposing the ban knows. And there not telling.
People try to give reason by searching for these things and then posting them, implying “hypocrisy” iirc. Neither of them are relative and that’s why I noted keeping designs within Xbox TOS. This stuff doesn’t affect me, I’m just tired of seeing ban threads that relate to paints that violate Xbox TOS. You seem to have mistaken the entire point of the thread:
