Looks like a simple collision detection glitch. Instead of moving the car upwards and to the left, it moved the car downwards and to the right, which pushed it through the ground and off the map.
You were going fast enough that the physics engine didn’t calculate your trajectory correctly. When you hit the tree, it repositioned your car incorrectly and you ended up falling through the map.
