Hi.
Having finally gotten space enough for one, I banged together a cockpit. I’m using an Xbox One X and a Fanatec 2.5 base with the Universal Hub for Xbox One and v3 pedals.
I updated the hub and pedals as per the documentation, but as was said in the topic, I’m a noob and it’s not as plug and play as I expected. So I could use advice on settings, please.
The brakes are not as good as I’d expect so I’m not sure the settings are right, and in Forza Horizons 3 the steering is hyper sensitive and is prone to pinball left and right until the car goes out of control.
The steering seemed better in Forza 7, but the brakes still weren’t as good as I’d expect.
Can someone point me at a thread with some ‘this is a pretty good settings setup that will work for most cars without a lot of tweaking’ advice? One geared for someone new would be ideal.
If such a thing exists, of course.
I used the search function first but didn’t have any luck with it.
