Bug Info: Cars not leveling in any mode.

Settings: Default settings, and other settings. Bug persists for all cars that I own.
Xbox Settings: No special settings
Attempted fixes: I do not have a support ticket. I rebooted the game and restarted my Xbox. The game worked fine yesterday and not updates today.
Content Update: There was no recent update and I checked to see if any updates were pending. None were pending.
I have a handful of cars at level 47, 48, and 49. I attempted to run free play, test drive, and rival races with all of them. None are gaining any XP or leveling up. I own all the cars I am racing and I don’t race in rented cars.
I have read the previous posts in the forum for suggestions and have restarted the game, uninstalled the game and re-downloaded, and restarted my console. Nothing has worked.
