No steering response on corner exit... Help?

Hi I’m having a slight issue with two cars (that I know of) where upon corner exit, while beginning to reapply power, it seems like the front end/wheels are coming off the ground.

I get massive amounts of understeer but NO squealing from the tires and the steering is at full lock. Then finally the front end bites and I’m snapped into a massive slide.

I only have a rudimentary knowledge of tuning/balance, does anyone know how to fix this?

Harder rear suspention, like max or nealry max. And more rear aero as a bandaid offset from the oversteer you get with harder rea suspention.
