System, Dell T 3500, 24 gig ram, GTX1070 using 399.24 drivers. No sound during gameplay, sound is only in menus,loading screens and not gameplay or gameplay cutscenes. CTD’s constantly between the transitions. Cannot get past Spring Season.

I have the same issue.
ONLY audio during cutscenes, nowhere else.
I’ve checked and my audio enhancements are OFF, even tried turning them on, starting the game, quitting the game, turning them off and starting the game again.
Also did a restart of the PC.
REALLY need a fix to the audio problem, I mean, who want’s to stream a game with no audio
