No prize while leveling up

I was already a Gold 50, and I earned more Xp, but I didn’t get any prize while passing the amount of Xp needed to get a prize.

By the way, I don’t care about the prize, I’m a Gold 50; I have too many cars and too much money! Lol…

I’m just wondering why.

I’ve leveled up 5 or 6 times in gold level status in the last couple days and no reward either. All gold players I race with are not getting rewards anymore either.

I have also been having this problem for a while now, Have T10 not at least acknowledged there’s a problem? Nothing but bugs lately on both Horizon titles for the 360 but not alot of information or help going on, Kind of disappointing tbh
