No Option to Mute Radio Bad for Streamers :-\

Heya… I stream & record gameplay to YouTube and re-upload the finals to Facebook

I have already had “Copyright Infringements” from both sites over the music INCLUDED in the game even though I turn the radio all the way down to 1 but it still doesn’t get rid of it totally >:-(

Could you PLEASE add the option to disable radio completely ?

U know u can just keep hitting the left D pad until it turns off right?

Yeeep!

As ssrdemo says, simply turn the radio off with the d-pad. Problem solved.

Err… I think I tried “off” but the music is still faint or distant like… Maybe I need to put my headphones on & listen more closely :-\

Anyways, if so, it still sucks we get notices for the music that’s built in to the games, at least on YouTube & Facebook.

Does Twitch delete or mute videos over in game music? thx in advance B-)

Twitch will mute the portions of it where the music is, after the livestream is over. They did that to the livestream the ForzaMotorsport channel did with Mechberg.

when you turn the radio off it truly is off, however if you drive by a festival location you can hear music from their speakers. this may be the faint sound you hear.

You could just make a blank mp3 in it’s own playlist and upload that to Onedrive then play it through Groove radio.

you can turn the radio off while driving but there is still music playing at the race menu right before you start an sp event even with the radio off and with radio turned all the way down in the audio menu

Yes, faint menu & festival music is un-mutable & the networks are being butts over it :-\

I love playing in free time with in game radio on, and think Groove will be awesome when they fix the kinks, but I do streams every once in a while

The faint music at the start of races and in festivals should be distorted enough.

Other than that, as others have said, just turn the radio off and for extra insurance turn music all the way down in the options.

Yea so I too stream on twitch and youtube and experienced this issue. What I did is you go into your audio settings and turn the radio volume down all the way and turn down SFX all the way this will limit the sound on the radio and at the festivals as turning the radio off doesn’t affect the festival. Then use the d pad and turn the radio off. It will come on in certain situatuations and you just have to be sure to talk over it and you will be fine.

An off setting would in fact be nice. Yes I know it can be switched off with the d pad, but why should we have to turn it off in every vehicle when we could simply disable it in audio options and be done with it. Some people like to simply play a racing game and not a moving nightclub simulator.
