Forza Motorsport introduced a proper Sequential gearbox as the Race Gearbox upgrade. It functions exactly how it should, resulting in near instant gear shift times without needing to upgrade the Clutch. What it lacks, however, is a unique animation and a different lever model. It would be amazing to see the Race Gearbox replace the existing gear lever in all cars that don’t use paddles with a new, specially stylized one; this would also include cars that by default have an automatic gearbox/torque converter without a gear change animation.
The biggest problems I see is changing the models and interfering with cars that have gear shifters near the steering wheel.
