new freezing issue? can't load game.

When I reach the main menu and press a to start, the game immediately freezes and crashes.

I have tried power cycling and clearing cache. None of these have worked. I am not in the dashboard preview either.

This is upsetting because I really enjoyed the game for the short time I was able to play.

Please any assistance would be appreciated.

Man this has been happening to me since early yesterday morning and have been talking to support agents on Twitter on the phone and on xbox.com and still no solid answer on why its happening I don’t know if im on the preview dash or not but id like an answer same as you bro lmk if you get it working
