Gauging interest in those who want to run the ovals only? Either Friday or Saturday night at 11 pm or so, EST. League would be all stock, no upgrades or tunes.
Season would be fairly short with 8 races:
4 at Daytona (2 day, 2 nite).
2 at Homestead.
2 at Indy.
Format:
No qualifying, just get in and go race using the rolling start option, no initial pace lap.
Cautions will be called accordingly, usually 2 or more involved.
Fuel and tire damage only.
No mandatory quick stops, bringing into play whether to pit or not.
Lap length will be around 1 or 2 laps more than fuel can go under normal racing conditions.
