Just like to know why we can’t name and shame. Crashers, griefers should be avoided. Why can’t we, with supported Screenpick, movie clip and possible backup from other drivers involved, name these Gamertags, so the rest of the community can get a headsup on who to avoid?

Still’s, video, all editable before posting on a web page. While your frustration is understandable, its a good, and useful policy.

No idea why it’s not allowed, seems like a good idea to me, if you have evidence to back it up.
Thats what reporting and blocking people are for. Forums arent here to publicly flame other people whether we feel its justified or not.
i vote for the controllers to have the potential to be electrified; taser style… if your rep gets to a certain point. Being a jerk, lobby votes, and bzzzt 
will say the downside of online play, is not being able to dead arm your buddy, who’s being a jerk!

Because it says not to for a variety of reasons.
Say I don’t like VoicelessYeti for some reason. I can come on the forum and say he crashed me true or not and you would be labeled a crasher and it would be brought up every single time you typed something on the forum by someone even though you never did.
That is one reason why you can’t name and shame.
