i recently reinstalled the game and my save is missing, it synced 100% but it keeps starting me on a new save. i put in alot of time, had alot of cars and credits. i have tried some methods i found online to try and fix it such as resetting through the windows apps settings and deleting my local save to have it re sync but these didn’t work. is my save in the cloud? can it be recovered? or do i have to quit this game?
i also couldn’t find a way to contact official support directly to help with this issue
