My Original Race Livery Gallery - KOTT "thank you" car available for a limited time

I asked that question a while ago before I added my gallery to this area. Basically, Turn10 tagged the race area as replica paints and the fantasy area for original work. I agree with you that the stuff I do is not “fantasy” for sure but it is also not replica work. So, the response I got was basically to put a gallery in both areas and that’s what I decided to do. I’m certainly not trying to offend people or step on anyone’s toes by having a gallery in here as well as in the race area but in general I’m just trying to showcase my work to any and all who might like and enjoy it. I hope that addresses things nicely and explains my situation good enough. I know what I do is not “fantasy” and certainly is not for everyone. I appreciate having the ability to show off my work in this section even though it’s not the greatest stuff on earth.

On another note: My latest design has been added to my gallery as of 05/15/2014

Latest Update - 05/18/2014

I added all of my DLK Nascar Night version 2.0 schemes as well as the public version of that car.

I also added my newest creation the BP Ultimate 2010 Rossion Q1…I had some fun with this one and tried to push the creativity a bit further down the line. Overall, I think it turned out nice and it’s a very fun car to drive.

My newest design is loosely inspired by the 2014 Target cars driven by Kyle Larson in the NASCAR Sprint and Nationwide series.

Again, a very fun car to paint and drive…I hope any who pick one up enjoy it as much as I did making it.

congrats nice display gallery of your work great job

Nice Originals you have here D! One of my favs is the Alpha Brain lime green. Really pops with that color. Keep up the good work!

Thank you RJ and CheddarBob…I’m glad you all got to see and liked the other stuff I have created besides just my NASCAR stuff when we race on NASCAR Nights.

05/25/14 My new design has been added to my gallery and is live on my storefront.

I had an absolute blast making and driving this car.

Latest Update 06/02/2014…I added my first round of Custom Paint Requests to my gallery just for show and I added the “Public Version” of my 3rd and final DLK NASCAR Night Chevrolet Camaro.

Here’s an action shot of me in the white version of the car just missing a huge crash during the race:

To celebrate the launch of my wife’s new custom bow making endeavor, she asked me to make her a logo. So naturally I decided to make it in game since that’s where I have the most luck getting things to turn out how I want. After the logo was done, she said it would be funny if I made a car for it and raced it. So, I took my latest version 3.0 Camaro and with a little input from her on the color scheme she liked…the new car was born.

Coming to the track this Wednesday for DLK’s NASCAR Nationwide races:

The “Bow Enchanted” 2010 Chevrolet Camaro

I will make a public version of this car available upon request but unless there’s a demand for it, I don’t think you’ll actually see it on my storefront.

Project News Updates:

After some very generous and amazing help from, someone I’m not going to name until I clear it with him. I finally got the Make-a-Wish logo I have been trying to get for something like 3 months…so the Make-a-Wish car is finally nearing the finish line.

The Bow Enchanted Logo will be receiving one more moment in the sun. I’m going to be doing non NASCAR design on my wife’s favorite car from her days playing Forza 2. It’s still too early in the process to tease you all with a work in progress picture but I will tell you it’s going to be on a Nissan 350z with the same base metallic purple and probably numbered 14 since she started this thing in 2014. I’ll post some progress pictures or completed pictures when I have some.

I also have a collaboration car coming between myself and onelapmagic…the car is done and pictures will be added soon. I do not have the Porsche DLC Pack so to get a copy of the car, you’ll need to contact onelapmagic.

im not sure how im going to release the car yet when I send s h I z the pics let us know what you think would be best ah or sf still working on the tune but ill get it

I’m good with either one personally…whatever causes you the least hassle. I know you tune a lot of cars for people and I certainly don’t want car selling to get in the way of that especially when I can’t help you at all because I don’t have the car to sell due to lack of DLC. So, my two cents on the matter would be do what you feel is the easiest for you.

As promised, pictures of the collaboration car between myself and onelapmagic have officially been posted.

I added the public version of the Bow Enchanted NASCAR to my gallery and it’s up in my storefront. I also redesigned my gallery so that my newest designs will be first up on the list instead of the other way around so it’s easier to see my latest and greatest instead of having to see all of the old designs again and again just to get to my new stuff.

I also added my first Big Time Muscle Club design. The Make-a-Wish “Starry Night” Scion FR-S:

This design took me a long time to finish but thanks to some logo help from a couple of people and a little tuning help from onelapmagic, the design finally got finished. This car is meant to be a tribute to the triumph over cancer that my son endured…his name G. Moore is on the roof to serve as a reminder of that. In 2011, he put up an amazing battle with Brain/Spine Cancer…and by God’s good graces and some really serious medical treatments he overcame a less than 30% chance of survival. Now almost 3 years later, he’s still cancer free and making great strides towards recovery. In 2012, the Make-a-Wish foundation presented us with a trip to Disney in Florida to celebrate his victory. So, the car is numbered 2 to mark the 2 year anniversary of the first fun times he was able to have post cancer treatment. He’s still a little young, being only 5, to truly understand how much thought and symbolism has been put into this car…but seeing his eyes light up when I finally got to show him “his car” made all the time and effort and waiting to get this car done totally worth it. I can’t thank all those who helped me enough for everything you all did to get this car done. It means a lot to me and my family to finally be able to share this car and his story with the the forza world and this car plus onelap’s tune are now available to download on my storefront for all to enjoy.

I finished expanding on my wife’s idea to make a race car based on her new company’s logo…so I’ve added the Bow Enchanted 2005 Nissan Fairlady Z. I decided to keep this one to myself rather than treat it as a club design since nothing about hair bows screams BigTime Muscle, lol. Either way, the design was put on her favorite car from Forza 2 and it’s a fun car to whip around the track for sure.

Latest update 06/15/2014:

I tried to implement a very different design style with my latest car. I pulled from and interpreted some aspects of the real world AMG SLS race cars I found pictures of and I think the final product came out looking quite nice.

Agreed  Very nice.

Thanks, IROC…glad you like it.

06/20/2014:

I’ve added my latest creation to the gallery and my storefront…the Black Widow Racing 2003 Toyota Celica SS-1.

All of the performance part logos on this car were actual parts that I had on the 2003 Toyota Celica GT-S I used to own all those years ago. It was fully customized with all the bells and whistles a tuner car would have including a full Black Widow body kit and rear wing…the body kit does not exist in game so I used its name as the main sponsor for the car. So, basically…this design is a “tribute” of sorts to my Toyota Celica which I do still miss from time to time.

I wanted to post up some additional pictures of the prize cars I made for the King of the Track Rivals Challenge so everyone could see the designs in a little more detail. But, I really didn’t have a good spot in my actual gallery to squeeze them in where it would make sense. So, I figured a simple post would work. So here they are:

JULY PRIZE CARS FOR THE “LEDERHOSEN SMACK DOWN”

Alpha Brain / Onnit.com 2008 Lamborghini Reventón

Black Widow Racing 2010 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG

Forch Racing 2010 M6 Coupe
