Multiple colors on rims?

What the subject says.

I keep seeing designs where, if you select certain rims from the garage, the inside or outside of the wheel is one color and the other is chrome, like this

I know it can be done, just go buy a '79 Z/28 from the autoshow and mess with the manufacturer colors and wheels.

I see it on cars other than the Z/28, though, so I was wondering how to do it. Google comes up with nothing.

There is a small hand full of cars the the body color effects the stock wheel color , it can’t be replicated with aftermarket wheels.

Except i’ve seen it on some BRZ designs, and as far as I know, the body color doesn’t effect the wheels on that at all.
