No matter what class I select to play my match request is ok’d - then I get a message “unable to join session” this has been going on since Friday 6/24/2014. How can I fix this problem?
Start by resetting your router. Is you console connected via Ethernet cable or wireless?

The first thing you should do is cold reboot the console. Turn it off by holding the power button on the console for 5 secs. When it has fully turned off, turn it on and try again.
