I won’t try and sound like I didn’t think it would ever happen. I have received a ban from the fm6 multiplayer lobby’s. I’m kinda just looking for some information on to maybe how long it may last. Sorry, and thank you.

Yes, you received a first-time ban of seven days (168 hours from the time placed by Turn 10 employees), which will expire when the time in your in-game message expires. That message shows the exact time left on the ban.
Apparently you already expected your conduct would earn a ban for violating the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, so you already know it was for unsporting behavior. Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to them at forzafb@microsoft.com, however your ban time will probably expire prior to receiving a response.
