Still banned?

Hello again,

I posted a couple days ago wondering why I had been banned from multiplayer and received a quick response stating that I was intentionally crashing into other players. I disagreed with the decision as I take pride in racing clean but I sucked it up and waited for the clock to tick down. Now the time has expired and I am still unable to play multiplayer as the banned message still appears. The message in my inbox regarding the initial ban is gone so I am obviously worried that something is wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bans (like seven days or 168 hours) are from the time initiated by the Turn 10 employees, not the date. If the ban was done at 4 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, it would expire at 4 p.m., not the beginning of the new day. Bans exist on the server software, not locally. You can always send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com, but as this is a weekend you’ll probably not receive anything but the automated response indicating the email is in their system.
