First off I am sorry if this is the wrong place for this question/idea.
As recently as yesterday, I accidently/deliberately got rid of my Gymkhana 9 Focus to see if I’d be entitled to another since I completed the Blizzard mountain expansion with all three stars on everything but was obviously disappointed to find that we aren’t entitled to another if we sell or remove this car, I am wondering, why only this car from the expansion and none of the others, apart from barn find(s)?
Wouldn’t it be better to add this to the autoshow for people who complete Blizzard Mountain to buy when they want again thereafter? Come to think of it, wouldn’t it be better and more realistic if we could re-buy barn finds after they’d been restored? I mean to restore a car and parts that are well out of production would take C.A.D. (Computer Aided Design) data and therefore could surely be replicated as many times over which would result in being able to by as many as wanted/desired?
I bring this up, because I was just reading the patch notes for a February patch released this year and it said look foward to more updates and DLC, the DLC bit didn’t really bother me as much as I can’t see there being anymore DLC but could it be possible that Turn10/playground games might introduce the above? Atleast the RS RX to re-buy after we complete the Kingmaker event, this would also stop the stupid and Ludacris prcies people charge for them on the auction house.

Probably won’t happen. It’s a one time prize for completing the Kingmaker. You sold it, deliberately, to see if you’d be rewarded with another one. For what? Because you got all stars? That’s awesome, your prize is a Ram Runner HE, another car that is ridiculously priced. And for good reason, either one only comes up for auction once in a blue moon, so why should it be cheap when everyone wants one but there’s not a lot of them around?
I just got around to doing all the Kingmakers, so I feel for you, cause that’s my favorite car in the game.
Not too Bothered about the Ram Runner, I sold mine for the least money the other day, luckily for another Gymkhana 9 RS RX, yes I know I admitted it was my own stupid fault, I think, if I didn’t I am now, it was daft, the Ram Runner, fair enough, keep that a super rare one off, I wasn’t bothered about it, I was never going to use and never did use it, my Harvester Scout hammers that in every way.
My main issue is incase people don’t understand, why is the Gymhana9 the only car you can’t buy from the DLC in the Autoshow, barring barnfinds and ram runners, I can buy the Subaru, the Titan etc etc etc, like I said wouldn’t the Gymkhana 9 not be the perfect reward to unlock in the autoshow to buy when we complete Blizzard Mountain 100% my only other point was pretty unrelated about the Barn finds, what I said was more than feasible, you need C.A.D. data to remake cars who’s parts are out of circulation and not made so wouldn’t that be a great update to release as well, when we unlock barn finds they can be bought as well.
that’s relative though, my main pet peave is with them only giving us one car and one only, when every other car can be rebought, unless it is some licensing thing, I can’t understand and personally do not agree with it. on the subject of stupid money, don’t you think the RS RX is a perfect case in point? people charge north of 15m for them but if you check it’s history its value is only 500,000?
In the vanilla game you can’t buy the cars you win from the Midnight Battles (Ex. Rx7, Buick Gnx, 97 M3, Lp670-4 Sv), or the cars you get from the skill shop( Bentley C GT, Gallardo, 65 Mini). Because they are one time freebies. If you sell or delete them, well…, ya done goofed son.
no plz, its rare car and i dont wanna change that factor cuz i love it
espically my rams runner too cause its a novelty to have, if it could be rebought they it wouldnt be anything special and people could just resell, resell and resell
