Hey all,
I noticed that FH4 didn’t have my dream car, the McLaren 570s Spider, in the game. I also loved the Vega Blue paint job that they come with and I fell in love with it the first time I saw it IRL.
So I took the standard McLaren 570s Coupe that IS in the game and tried to make it look as close as humanly possible to the 570s Spider shown in this video: McLaren 570s Spider - Vega Blue - Walkaround & Interior | Romans International [4K] - YouTube
As you can see at 3:56 when the roof closes, it has a greyish-black colour on the roof as well as on the door trim from the top of the car all the way to the back. I spent a LONG time on the decals and shapes to match this as perfectly and accurately as possible and lining it up with the lines of the door, including the matching of the colour. You will also notice it matches the default greyish-black colour on the side doors.
In terms of the Vega Blue body paint, I used Mitcho2001’s spreadsheet (link: Forza Horizon 4 - Colour Creation Database (CONSTANT WORK IN PROGRESS) *READ FIRST POST* | GTPlanet ) and it looks perfect in-game.
