According to the rules, to register you’re supposed to go to the “Mazda Landing Page” and click race now. I can’t seem to find this page. Can anyone please help?

Trying to sign up for the MX-5 rivals event but the rules state only registered players’ times will count. I want to register but it says that I have to click on the ad that will pop up when I go to the Store but after several visits, refreshes, restarts, the ad will not pop up.
Is there another way to register? From what I understand the contest goes on until the end of this month.
