Just went to start the Horizon Finale Part 2 and got hit with a massive glitch/bug that made me win the race without doing anything in 00.00.033 secs. Think this one needs looked at. Heres proof also.

I’m seeing quite a few times on leaderboards that are like this. Must be happening quite a bit.
The other day someone posted a apologizing thread about beating a Rival in an unauthorized car (given by the game) and glitching back to the finishing-line in under 0.5s. Seems there are indeed some issues to be resolved for this.
This happened to me the race before the first finale when i also missed a checkpoint and pressed “Y”,with exactly the same time you got.
After checking the leaderboards i can see its happened a few times to people.
Yeah pretty much every leaderboard I check has glitched times at the top now. Was checking an r2 circuit and there was a Renault Clio near the top. Whats weird is some times are for example 13 seconds.
