Maserati is at the end of an era. The old sedan, Quattroporte and Ghibli, are in their last few years, with the GranTurismo already dead. The future is in the new Nettuno V6, already available in the MC20, and as with all manufacturers, electric. The Trofeo series, available with the Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante is the final hurrah of the Ferrari-engined Maseratis. And what a way to go out: 580 PS from a twin-turbo V8, as much as the 458 had not too long ago. Being the lightest and smallest (but not very light or small), the Ghibli is the most appealing option, with the Trofeo actually being the first V8-engined Ghibli from this generation. There are exciting times ahead for Maserati, but the way this chapter ends isn’t exactly a bad one.

Why is this even not in the game? It does not look like a licensing issue considering it was in FH4

Now confirmed to return in the new Forza Motorsport. Why won’t they add it to FH5 anyway?

We need the Trofeo model instead of Ghibli S

It is in Forza motorsport 23 too
It didn’t even come to Forza Horizon 5 within italian automotive and European automotive series, and some other series, that’s sad

Theres a few cars in Motorsport that never get put in Horizon

A few is an understatement

The Ghibli S was in FH3 & FH4. (with FH2 technically having it as a Furious 7 DLC car)

We need more saloons, to compete with the Giuliano Quadrifoglip, we need the Ghibli and we also need the Quattrope, Ghibli is in FM8!

2021 Maserati Ghibli Trofeo

2024 Maserati Ghibli Ultima 334

These two models are the best version of the Maserati Ghibli, both possessing a 572-hp twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V-8 engine.

Any one of these two would be highly welcome rather than the paltry 2014 Ghibli S Q4.

The Ghibli Trofeo model is akin to the BMW M5 or the AMG E63 and therefore fits the Super Saloon category perfectly as a competitor.

Would rather getting both the 2014 and the Ultima. And it would also compete with Panamera
