Forza doesnt see sprung vs unsprung weight. Bump will not always be lower because this isnt real life. There are many setups where I run a super high bump low rebound. your range is close to where i typically end up except im usually a bit higher or lower, but dont be scared to exit that box. Min/max works too well on lots of cars and even doing them inverse of what you expect. It also appears i accidentally deleted your mention of aero. Forza aero is a constant and works more as if theres a grip/drag multiplier. The force doesnt actually increase as the speed increases.
I agree with everything except the first sentence and with forzas physics in most cases you want the softest setup u can get away with usually.
You have Decel backwards for the way it works in Forza. The lower the decel the more off throttle oversteer you are going to have. Increasing the number will make the car understeer more. Also, you want to be as close to 100% as you can manage for accel not as close to 0%. The higher the number the greater the propulsion from both rear tyres the quicker you are going to get out of a corner. The lower the number the slower it is going to be exiting the corner because you are only propelling from the outside tyre while the inside is simply dragging. This is why it creates exit understeer.
I’m not sure about that. Take any car with a lot of aero onto LeMans, stop, and with telemetry on, note the suspension travel is ~50%. Then accelerate down the long straight up to top speed; as you get faster you will see the suspension compress under load. I typically see ~60% at full speed when its 50% standing still.
