Decouple Window tint from livery let changing it available even with downloaded liveries. Race cars dont have tint but some livery designers add it making cars undrivable from interior cam.
Decouple window tint from stock livery. As an example when I try to put window tint on a vehicle (GT3 RS) it gets rid of the lettering on the lower panels and the wing.
