Majority of downloaded paint designs locked

Hi,

Can someone please xplain why the majority of the paint designs i have downloaded are locked?

Seems very odd.

You can use downloaded designs on your cars, but you can’t edit them, that’s why they’re locked. If you edited someone else’s design, and shared it then it wouldn’t be fair on the person that made the design.

Thanks Aqua. Was aware of that but i had a problem where i couldn’t apply any of the designs so i thought it was something to do with that as i usually don’t use designs.

All good now. Don’t know what happened.
