in forza at 6pm on the 4/10/16 i was in the auction house trying to win a bid for a ford focus rs HE and i placed a bid the loading wheel went spinning and the money got taken from my in game account so i try again same thing happen and again i tried and i now have 200 thousand now instead of my 3.750 million
so i call microsoft and told them about my problem and i got told that i had to talk to a forum and i was on the phone for 30mins
pls help me get my money back!!!
Go to your bids in game, you have to manually collect the money again. Thought I’d done the same on the first couple days, came back 5 days later and found that section.

Today at 3:20pm i was in the auction house bidding for a koenigsegg one 1 i had 1.25 mil so I bidded a little over 730k on the car. I lost the bid so i went to collect my credits and collected the credits and then decided to back out into free mode. I backed out but instead of putting me into the game it just kept me on a screen where i can see my car. It was on that screen for atleast 10 min so i decided to restart the game. Once i got back into the game i checked my money and i didnt have the 1.25 mil i had few mins ago. I dont know what happened but i lost the money i had. Honestly this is my favourite game but because of this issue i am very upset about losing the money which took me a whole day yesterday to get. Pls can you get me the money back i will be very thankful if you do.
