Hi all I’m having a problem with my forza 6 game

I purchased the deluxe edition back in December 14 when the game came out but I have now lost the Car pass that came with the bundle. I have spoken to Xbox support and they have tried alsorts like re install profile and to uninstall game and dlc and reinstall it all over again to no avail also I have now lost the fm6 polo red car pack after I reinstalled the game back onto my Xbox when I look in store it tells me to purchase the items but I have already purchased them Microsoft can see that I have purchased the item but are as baffled as to why I am not able to download them again without having to buy them again can you please shed some light on to what is going on and help me to sort it out so I have the car packs back again without having to purchase them again

Don’t look in the “store” that is not where your data is kept.

In the main Xbox One Dashboard, pull up FM6 so it is in the main (large) window. Then press the triple-lined button (formerly Start) next to the small blue button, and select Manage game. Are your contents all shown in the Installed section? Are there any under Ready to install?

If there are any items sitting in Ready to install, completely (100%) finish those installations before attempting to play. If there are any DLC packs missing which you have purchased, contact Xbox Support and let them know. Once your gamertag (and only that gamertag) buys DLC, it owns it. If you change gamertags (creating a new account), those DLC packs must be bought again by the new gamertag - they are not transferable to a different account, although they may be shared with other gamertags on the same console (those gamertags don’t get the cars free, however).

I have done all of that I have uninstalled and reapplied the game and dlc and have gone through Xbox support they can see the dlc that has been bought
I purchased the forza deluxe edition and had all dlc that came with that pack but the thing is I have lost some items that were in the the deal ie car pass and some of the car packs , I still have VIP and team forza cars and fast and furious pack.

I have contacted Xbox support and have been through all of the steps to get the packs back and they have told me to contact the game development threw this forum because they don’t know what is going on. Is there any other way of getting this dlc back with out having to purchase it all again

Send Turn 10 an email at forzafb@microsoft.com. Perhaps they can have a tech check the game servers to see if there is a glitch of some sort there.

I can no longer use the #66 ford gt leman. I have tried hard rebooting my Xbox. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

have you looked in the ready to install section under manage game for Forza 6 to see if it’s there

Yes. It was there before I did the hard reboot. Now its no longer there. Not showing in the ready to be installed menu either. I can’t use the code sincr I have already redeemed it. When I go to select the car in game it give me a purchase options screen with a loading circle and nothing else.

I have emailed both turn10 and Microsoft. Only reply I have got was from turn10(auto reply) directing me back to the forums.

Any help with this would be great. Still haven’t heard anything from turn10 or Microsoft or not a bit of response here. Good job guys…a plus work you all are doing.
