Lost ALL auction cars!!!

Hello Forza forums! I uploaded tons of my best cars in my garage to the auction house recently. Some of these were uploaded last week. I came back to the game the next day after auctioning to find all of my cars gone. They all literally vanished out of auctions. I tried to troubleshoot but nothing works. Im not sure at this point if my cars or credits are recoverable. I’ve been playing many Forza games for a long while now and have never experienced this issue. Where did all my auction cars go? I received no credits for them =/. They literally just vanished. All of my auction cars are missing and im not sure what to do. I’ve been playing Forza games for a long while now and this has never happened until now =/. Not sure what to do. I contacted Forza through their support email and haven’t got a reply for about a week.

Same thing just happened to me. Was at a friend’s place this morning playing, put 5 cars up for 24 hour auctions. Now nothing is showing up, including old cars I hadn’t reclaimed (nothing past a few weeks). Luckily, it’s almost all common duplicates.

Happened here also. I put up 23-24 ish car up (I forgot the exact number) due to hitting my garage ceiling. All gone, not even a trace of I ever putting them there. I can still access the AH, bid on cars etc. though. They are all duplicates but there’s 3 FE cars among them so I think I lost about a million worth of cars there…

Please submit a ticket and add as more information as possibly relating to which car(s) have gone missing. If you have any screenshots or video captures, please attach these to your ticket too.

How long do these tickets usually take? Haven’t received any responses yet =/

could take a few days up to weeks, they have to siphon through all the actual support requests amongst all the wishlist demands that people put up as support issues as well

There is currently a slight delay in response time due to the increased influx in tickets. However there has been an additional support team member join to help with these, so hopefully your ticket should be answered soon.

Dont you have read what retro is saying like million times here? “if you have any feedback or suggestions leave it here” and link to support site, so do you try blame peoples doing that?

As I understand it, the main purpose of a ticket would be to get your cars back. I don’t particularly care about the cars, I’m more concerned about it happening in the first place. I have some much more valuable cars I was probably going to auction off this week, now I’m not sure if I want to take the risk.

I think you should be fine man just don’t upload all your best cars at once. I uploaded all my best cars on the same day and lost them all. Wasn’t worth auctioning all of my best cars and getting nothing out of it but lost cars =/. I’d auctioj your cars once at a time to be safe

I just submitted a similar post before I saw this post here. I submitted a ticket, too. Three days ago (coincidentally enough) I lost a dozen cars valued at around 100,000,000 credits. I took pictures of my auctions after I started them, so it they are documented. It is so frustrating how much time was spent getting those cars and credits and they are simply gone!

My auction page doesn’t work anymore it just says loading, can not access any of my auction cars, lost one car, I’m not concerned about the
car I just want it fixed.
