Looking for help with a B Class tune for a league

Hi all, looking for a bit of help here!

I am starting a B Class endurance racing league with some of my friends. We’ve picked the tracks and the format, all that remains is choosing a car! However, me and my friends know absolutely nothing about tuning!!

I was wondering if anyone know of any, or could point me in the direction of, any decent cars for it? I would be looking for tunes on the game, but theres so many different potential cars to pick from I don’t quite know where to start! We’re looking for a car which is:

Mega grippy! The logic being that a car which is easy to drive with a handling tune will allow people to race closer together, easier
Small (for the same reasons as above)
Not DLC
Relatively affordable (so not a 1mil cred car!)

Everyone is going to be in the same car, so it doesn’t need to be a leader board car or anything, just really really easy to drive and really really grippy I guess!

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction???

Cheers

I’m just now dipping my toes in B class. I have been addicted to my miata/civic in c class and having a blast. I spend to much time tuning to my driving to have 20 diffrent cars/classes.

I recommend to have 2 cars min for each class. JMO. I would say try the Toyota AE86 (scion frs) as a starter. I honestly don’t know if it’s a leaderboard car. In barely competed in B class. Think I might just start there myself. Lol

This is pretty self serving for which I apologize, but I have 2 different cars that might be fun for you. 1 is a B Class 1 Series BMW. I think I have 2 shared one with the 6 cylinder and the other with the V8, both good cars. The second car would be an AWD Chevy II Nova. It’s a small little rocket that I build for a B Class league race to run something other than Evos and WRXs.

Just a suggestion. Have fun if you use either, no worries if not.

The racing team RS have some of the fastest times in b class there will be a tune for most cars in b class look them up.

I would suggest something like a little Mazda MX5 can get reasonable speed with a decent amount of grip, of which I have a general purpose tune ready to go.
What ever car you decide on and you need a tune, contact me directly on xbox and I’ll have a pop at making you guys a car that will be reliable and consistent-ish  < of course that depends on driver skill levels.

This will do you good, nice alfa.

May i suggest an alternative. Take whatever car you like, put race tires on it, put sport (not race) springs, arbs and whatever you want for power bits, stock trans, ,max width tyres, no aero and make your build come up to an obscure number like b 489. Doing this means that there are no adjustable parts on the car. But the car will have better handling due to the better rubber and upgraded suspension bits. This will keep the playing field more level if you are worried about people coming up with better builds or better tunes. You can also build the car and share it and require that everyone runs your build as to not have someone cheat and put on parts to come up with the same number but not be the same build.

Mazda RX 8 stock motor with centrifugal in b class… just grip it out and listen to the bees chase eachother. It is suprisingly easy to drive and hits lap times you wouldnt expect with almost no torque to speak of lol. Having that many rotary cars around would be a fun experience.

If ur interested i can make another build besides the one i have shared

If still chasing for ideas, beyond the ones mentioned above…I would also suggest the '98 Subaru 22B, with the 1.6L & rest all grip.
