I indeed have the new track Long Beach installed, but I have no new races in career mode compared to Road America …
Am I alone in this situation?

Take a closer look. Long Beach does not show up in every series. When it does it shows up part way through and may already have gold on it. Check Production Rally for example. It is in there quite early in the series.

After a closer look, I actually have the career races at Long Beach… I had not noticed them because I automatically have been awarded a gold medal for each one of them…
