It’s not a circuit, but a huge testing center featuring many courses. It would be cool to have one of the layouts as a massive open space where you can drive around freely.
If it’s not possible to get this licensed, a fantasy location like this would be nice too!

That’s a bit like Longcross in England. Built to test all vehicles for the army, now it’s a film studio. All the CarWow (and others) YT videos were filmed there until about 3 years ago, when Netflix rented most of it, meaning the roads are filled with parked cars.
