Hello, i’m using Logitech MOMO steering wheel and it has 270 degrees steering. But it seems game uses only 90 degrees. When i turn the wheel 45degrees left or right - in game wheels are turned at maximum. Anybody knows how to fix this issue?
i’ve tried all in-game wheel settings already - no results 
The way to fix this issue, is to ignore the in game steering wheel animation. It is not fully connected to the movements you make on the wheel, and your 270° of rotation is working.
How can I ignore this? I couldn’ t find the setting you have talking about. Can someone help me about this please?
Ignore it mentally, not by overriding a setting. The in-game wheel turns the same whether you use 90 degrees or 900 degrees of steering on your actual wheel.

Use the dash cam view with no driver hands. It takes the wheel out of the view and gives you better view anyways.
