So, Ive been playing on an X1 controller for a long time. I have a friend who has a spare Logitech Momo wheel and pedals who is going give them to me to get me started driving with a wheel. My question is can I use the USB adapter I have seen for sale to use an H pattern shifter along with the Momo wheel? Will FM7 recognize this and allow me to program the proper buttons to the shifter? I just want something a little bit better than the sequential stick that comes on that wheel.
I will probably do the same later on with a 3 pedal setup, then eventually replace the wheel itself.
Hi.
Good luck with that Logitech MOMO Racing.
Look at this:

Steering wheels with 900 degrees: OK.
Steering wheels with 240 degrees: Bad.
Well thanks for the link. Obviously T10 wont be fixing it. At least I can still use it in Dirt Rally. Maybe I can find some setting thats at least tolerable.
Hi, Devestator X.
Sure, try it on FM7. Above all, do different tests with linearity and sensitivity at advanced steering wheel settings. Maybe you’ll find an optimal configuration. If so, please let me know.
I only see that my car in all corners is smoking through the rear wheels while my opponents are not, an unmistakable symptom that my car’s steering is full when it shouldn’t be, causing skidding. And if I change settings like the ones I mentioned at the beginning to avoid this, and the steering doesn’t close as easily, then in tight corners it’s hard to get in.
Tip: Try Logitech MOMO racing wheel in Project Cars 2 and then in FM7 and compare.
