not cool, this just happened to me this morning, failed to load save when it glitched after a race and i had to restart the game. nothing worked, except for deleting both local and cloud saves. lvl 205 and 66 million credits. im kinda bummed about it, but im just worried if all my cars and tunes are gone as well. at least i can screenshot the video i recorded not long before and send it to MS or T10, to see if they will reimburse my credits, i’ve been playing forza 6 since november last year. SMH
I can’t believe this is still an issue from the launch. I’ve been trying to figure out a solution for this for 3 weeks. No one responds, mods have no idea what is going on to “fix” it, and forza support doesn’t care, and Xbox support makes you do circles. Just admit that this unknown error screws up your saved game and there is nothing to do but deleting it from the cloud.
90+ million CR gone, had all the unicorn cars except the Silvia and California, bought the porsche pack, and logged in hundreds of hours into this game.

Turn 10 I think I may have figured out the problem,i too lost everything 2 months ago,when I added my new profile as a friend just now it tells me this profile is playing multiplayer on forza 6,thus giving me a load failed message because it thinks I’m playing the game,is there anyway for Turn10 to check this out?might be the answer
I don’t think they are going to do anything about it and this should not become a continuing issue on the next Forza.

same thing happend to me yesterday after the game froze up after a online lobby race.
every other game i own works just fine
the ones i got on disk as well as the digital downloads

I am around level 580 with over $65million and around 272 spins on my account
Today I received “Load failed. An unknown error occurred. Please try again later”.
I researched everything on how to fix. I ended up clearing the local game saves. I re-launched FM6 and it “Synced data for Forza Motosport 6…” for about 20 minutes and got to 99%.
Then this error " We were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now" “Try syncing again or go offline”.
Then it appeared that my game save was back. I again got the “Load failed” error.
I am deleting the local save and trying one more time. Not holding out much hope.
This happend to me just now. I am lvl 600+, 300million+ with alot of hours playing. Please fix this!
Has anyone figured out the load failed error occurred please try again problem with forza 6 it’s really starting to annoy me I paid 100 dollars and it does this

I mean, its frustrating man. I was level 350 or so and just lost everything while prepping new setups for a league. I opted to make an alternate account instead of losing all my forza rewards for forza 6, but it sucks… I love this game and now everything I built on it is just gone. I wish that turn 10 would at least build a system to help us.
Personally id be thrilled if they could salvage our tunes, paint jobs, driver levels, and achievements. Then when we reset our save give all those items back and give us all our spins back for each driver level. I think that would be a more than fair compensation for what we lost and repaying people for putting time into the game…
Same has happened to me after the July 2018 update. Contacted MS support. Tried every fix I could find. Followed all of the troubleshooting steps to no avail. It is an account corruption issue. Turn 10 or MS should have a back up to restore but trying to find a person that will do it is another story. When it first happened I checked the Official Club. Went to progress and then stats. First time it said:

Achievements: Gamescore 935/1500, Achievements 63/95. All info on the Forza Hub is still there too.
So after I removed my account and did a factory restart but keeping apps, the reinstalling F6 it asked saw that I had an old sync and a new sync under my account. I logged in under the new one and played the game for a few hours. I then shut down my console and tried again the following day. Chose my regular account and it took about 7-10 minutes to upload the sync. tried to load game and back to the beginning with this ongoing error. not fun when you spend days trying to get it to work again.
Please TURN 10 or Microsoft, fix my account. All of the stats are there except the Driver level. Should be 1067 not 0.

Still waiting on Turn 10 to reply to my two emails I sent them.
Sarah at Microsoft really tried to help and is waiting to see if Turn 10 can fix the issue too.
I likely will not buy F7 or any other game now until this issue is fixed.
I don’t want to waste another 2-1/2 years of trying to complete another game.
