Since TODAY i cant load to first menu after “Push enter”. only i getting is LOOOOOONGGGGGG LOADING… PLEASE WAIT and then LOAD FAILED. An unknown error occured. Please try again later! And i try to launch forza horizon 3 too, and get same RESULT!! Please i know i just submit report (Id #13039) but because the support always slower to answer (my experience is about 3-7 days answered!!) so maybe if someone have a fix about this problem, tell me… thanks!!!

Hi

I found the same problem as you. When I launch fh3 or fh4, there is long loading screen at start of the game, after that error says: “An unknown error occured. Please try again later”. I have reinstalled the game earlier and problem stays.
