As a Gen 2 Viper owner I was really looking forward to that updated model in Horizon 6…

Well now that I am playing it, I sure can say with 100% certainty, that I was correct when I posted the 2018 Honda Civic Type R in here is the exact model used in FM23 and has all the incorrect things all-over it that FM23 has. Pretty ridiculous. FH5 did my car better than this. It looks so horrible in FH6 as it did in FM23. :man_facepalming:

I want the AMC javelin back where do I go and ask this is this the right place? I paid it play early and started tonight and no AMC javelin why please can someone help me out

Car voting is on our new Forza Feedback Portal. Vote for the Javelin here:

For all inaccuracy reports as well, please put them on the Forza Feedback Portal where we’re looking for them. We ask that you rely on your own gameplay experience in the game where you can look at the cars up close, rather than using footage found elsewhere. Remember to vote a topic and not just comment. Car modeling issues go in the Gameplay Suggestions menu with the Car-Modeling category tag, with one topic per car. Forza Horizon 6 Gameplay Suggestions - Jira Service Management

I want the one that was in all the forza’s the 1971 AMC Javelin AMX

The BMW E30 M3 has had a much needed rescan and I am grateful as I’m sure many other players are. However a couple of things I’ve noticed -

  • The boot badge is not in the correct position
  • The revometer and dials in general look worse than before, with some strange shading and bluriness
  • The steering wheel has m-tech colour stitching that isn’t original (not necessarily a big deal)

Also a couple other things that are just down to the example they’ve scanned - the roof antenna spoils the cars lines and when the car is modified to a track or rally type liveried car it doesn’t fit the look at all. The side markers on the bumpers are US specific and in general spoil the clean oem Euro look

I don’t know why they don’t visit BMW classic in Germany and scan multiple Euro spec cars in one hit, and that would give them an opportunity to include some rarer models, and make sure they are exactly like original!

For the boot badge thing, there are examples of the M3 that have one that looks just like that, ex. This one on Silodrome a while back

As for why they didn’t grab it from BMW Classic: Because they were probably able to find one in the U.S. to grab it there with resources not used by Turn 10 at the Moment

R33 looks noticeably different compared to previous entries. (Front bumper license plate area, Wheel proportions)

There are 2 different ones A. 1997 model and a 1998 40th Anniversary version. Haven’t seen either though.

For the full in-game car list check the Horizon Promo page in you collection. Then choose the left one. The Horizon Promo page lists 619 cars!

Interestingly, after checking the FH6 car list in-game, 575M Maranello and Golf IV R32 are absent. That might mean something.

It kind of makes me wonder why they didn’t also fix the 90s & 00s BMWs when they actually went out to fix the R33 which wasn’t even the worst of models, as well as the E30 M3 which is a BMW lol.

Because there’s not enough demand for them to do that

On the new SHUB, the only thread regarding a new car model that is anywhere near the top is for the AE86 Sprinter Trueno, other than that, nothing

Just checked again, the AE86 is the only one on Page 1 even, at #2, no other model even shows up with a thread there

Not a huge deal, but the E60 M5 still features a clutch pedal while being an SMG.

Yes absolutely I appreciate it was probably done by Turn 10 in the US. Just thinking it would be cool If they visited BMW classic or the museum in Munich to get the car scans

This page shows the correct placement of the m3 badge on the boot. The car they’ve scanned must have had it removed at some point and stuck back in the wrong place. If they could sort that and the dials it would make a huge difference

2018 Lamborghini aventador SVJ also has incorrect modeling. The ducktail-like shape below the rear spolier is same as other aventador models. Which means they didn’t even tried to scan the real car and recycled normal aventador modeling. It’s absolutely disappointing it didn’t fixed at fh6. (I wanted to create the new topic about this at car modeling section, but its read-only for me…)

Someone made a thread on the old Mini
