Fun fact: the 1974 LEGO Speed Zone Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 of the set 75895 is identical to the one in the set 75888, the same set that also has the 911 RSR. The only difference is that the former is white, and the latter is green. That’s it. Because the barn find is white, people thought for a while that the new car was the RSR.
We finally have the conclusive answer to the question from the topic’s title (unless what is meant is the LEGO set and not the in-game car).: the car yours as soon as you have installed the Update 12, completed enough Brick Challenges to get the Barn Find rumor, and found it in LEGO Valley.
Wow, a month and a half later and we’re getting the 4th LEGO car from the July 13 expansion, that’s such a weak effort, no real cars with a half assed LEGO advertisement DLC. Also annoys me the LEGO traffic cars are all the same car, and not even a LEGO car, that’s so lazy.
I actually put off completing the Lego Speed Champions race, my final Brick Challenge, for weeks in hopes that I could race it in the Barnfind car. Low and behold, the Porsche is not an option for this race. Makes no sense.
Any way, I did it with the Mclaren and I’m happy to be done with the LegoS nonsense.
I tried the Lego F40 again last night. It’s easy mode! It has to be the most (or one of the most) forgiving cars to drive. Grips the road tightly, stops on a dime, and you can drive flat out and just take the corners without having to concentrate that hard. I don’t know of a car quite like it in FH4. I’m amazed there aren’t complaints. LOL.
Because it’s simply not good enough for S2. Weak engine, no race brakes and if converted to AWD (which is basically a must-have for online racing) it loses tons of PI.
