Leaderboard scores not showing up

Hey guys, this might just be me being a bit thick, but, when I put in a clean lap leaderboard time (say Atlanta short, E class), then my time does not appear on the leaderboards - is there an issue with them or is there something I am doing wrong?

Cheers, yes, it was the x1/9 - stock though - my fave car from when I was a kid! Will just have to drive something else for now - Alfa Romeo here I come…

Is the ban spanning more or all cars now? Just ran with the 635CSi and no time posted.
