Can we please get a fix for Le Mans because the track is just awful to drive. Here’s a list of issues that I’ve found with the track that are no where less to be found;
- The yellow bumps outside the white line - these things slow you every single time if you touch them and nowhere else on Forza do you find these sticky traps. On the exit of the Porsche Curves too the yellow dipped lines slow you down there too which they never do in real life
- Exit of Tetre Rouge/Start of the Mulasanne - When on the exit of Tetre Rouge/start of Mulsanne next to the curb there is an area in which you suspension glitches out and does some odd stuff that really screws up your car. If going forwards the suspension will max out while going the wrong way the suspension the drops completely. Not only that but the car becomes very difficult to control which is a million miles away from what happens in real life
- The yellow bumps again - These thing will completely destroy a car if your splitter clips it wrong and ruins your race which yet again is far from realistic
- The dirtying - The dirtying on this track is awful. At Tetre Rouge if you touch the curb or go over it slightly while still having two wheels on the tarmac its dirty and again at the Mulsanne corner and Arnage. If you go onto the tarmac on the exit of the Mulsanne corner just beyond the curb its dirty and yet you still have two wheels on track and at Arnarge if you touch the astroturf its dirty and yet at corners such as the two chicanes on Mulsanne and the start of the ford chicanes and Indianapolis and the Forest esses we can go over the curb and its still clean
- The curb on the outside before Tetre Rouge - This curb is terrible. Touch it and your car handles horribly. It slows you down and can easily put you into the grass or ruin you lap. I realise that the real curb can be tricky but it is horrible
This track is horribly inconsistent and is horrendous to drive and yet in real life its a pleasure which really really sucks because I love Le Mans and love the Le Mans 24 hours so to have this track be so broken and inconsistent is really annoying. Yes the track has improved from 5 to 6 as there is no longer a killer bump mid way through the Porsche Curves and Tetre Rouge exit/Mulsanne start is move forgiving but it’s still in the game and this never happened in real life
Please can we have a fix to this as it was completely fine in Forza 4 and since Forza 5 the track has just been ruined

Stay on the track. Problem solved.

Have you watched a real race? Drivers put one or two wheels on the curbs on almost every corner. Forza markets itself as a racing game so you should be able to drive the way a racecar driver does.

What a lame comment. Obviously you don´t know how this track works.
ScholesySlash46 is completely right about the track issues.

Hmm. I drive this track on a somewhat regular basis and have not noticed any particular issues with it.

if you are in multiplayer private some people will start before others. They really should fix it. Seriously how hard can it be??? Track was broken since day one. Never shows up in hoppers or leagues. We just get the stupid Bugatti circuit where everyone cheats. Something going on with the Monza long tracks as well. Although I did see one show up ion ABC’s but that has been the only time.
I don’t expect a fix of this issues, just remind the update which was given to us for Monza.
Hmm, the part before the Mulsanne straight doesn’t cause me too much problems. It did in Forza 5, but F6 doesn’t seem to be affecting me.
However, I do agree that yellow curbs do indeed slow down your car. It’s even worse when you are driving in a prototype, and you happen to hit one of those curbs due to how low those cars are. It slows you down massively, preventing you from pushing harder.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man, and it begs the question, what in the world are you talking about. I’ve raced that track several times and have to attest that I see nothing wrong at all with it.

It would be nice if there was some consistency between tracks. It’s annoying when a bump or rumble strip or section of track looks similar to another and has a completely different effect.
I haven’t seen any other rumble strips similar to the yellow ones at Le Mans .If they weren’t there people would just cut that corner.
I know many of you are saying that’s not real racing… Well you’re right it’s not realistic, neither is forza. Forza isn’t a sim and if that’s what you’re looking for you have other options.

I find the section before Mulsanne quite disettling. The suspension just glitches out and makes your revs go all over the place
The curbing at Tetre Rouge is “unsettling” in real life as well. You don’t want to drive over these and get on the power. (this is where Allan Simonsen died in 2013. He ran over the curbing and got on the power too early and started to spin to the right. He tried to correct but over corrected causing him to spin left into the wall.) - if you can find the footage from the corvette that was directly behind him you can see it.
The curbing here in Forza 6 is much less unsettling than it was in Forza 4 (and I guess 5 but I don’t really recall) but if you want to run over these curbs - stay off the gas, and run a much softer setup.
I don’t think Forza has an issue with consistency of the curbing. In real life racing some tracks just have bigger or my disruptive curbing. How this impacts a race car will vary from track to track (and of course car to car). ***However, I do feel Forza has inconsistent penalties for corner cutting or going beyond the track boundaries. In some tracks you can go outside of track boundaries and not get a dirtied lap, on other tracks if you put two wheels over, you get a dirty lap.
