Thats because Gr. 4 car had uneven looking exhaust pipe.

There are a bunch of different versions of this car, with various different exhaust setups.

In FH5 we got a Bodykit option with unequal exhausts:

The unequal exhaust is not a mistake nor a bug and therefore should not be fixed.

I think it’s great that they stayed true to the design of the car & not only that, but provided both options to accommodate whatever style the player wants to use. I feel like if that hadn’t happened, there would be posts pointing that out.
