I can’t install the twin turbo on my veneno please fix it as fast you can
Do a cache reset or restart your game.
Or it is the aspiration bug (which has existed for several games now) when you have applied some one elses tune without first buying the aspiration changes (turbo, s/c). He/she can try another tunw with the parts they want in itr but that doesn;'t always work anymore and may require a new car.
