I recently competed for a gift livery for week 1’s community league event (S1W1 Lamborghini Super Trofeo League). I finished 309 of 1,279 racers. That’s well below the required 50% for the league livery.

I have a message in my daily payouts section of the message center confirming this. However when I go to the gift section, no livery! I looked for the livery there, in my garage, and in the customize>paint car>my designs section as well.

Where is my livery!? I’ve tried finding the contact info for support from TURN 10, but it’s nowhere to be found. Can someone shed some light for me on this? Or provide me with a link, or email address to contact TURN 10?

Turn10 has to tally up every eligible person for each livery. (Bronze, Silver, Gold and League)

This process takes quite some time, especially for Bronze. (Posting a clean lap in Rivals)

That’s a lot of people to categorize!

Be patient, it’ll come.

They have been sent now
Try going to your garage getting in the lambo and having a look
Just make sure you dont paint over it or you will lose it
